Summary
Marsh is seeking a US Contract Surety Leader to join their US Surety team. This hybrid role can be based in any US office and requires at least three days a week in the office.
About the Role
As the US Contract Surety Leader, you will independently manage the largest and most complex accounts, collaborate with senior leadership to formulate market strategies, and maintain a deep understanding of clients' business priorities and risk management needs. You will oversee the development and execution of renewal strategies, lead client presentations, and ensure the quality of deliverables produced by junior colleagues. This role involves significant senior-level client interaction and problem-solving expertise.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years in the Surety industry, with at least 5 years as a broker.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior role at a Surety or Brokerage.
- Currently managing a substantial book of contract surety clients.
- Significant experience as an underwriter or broker with ENR 400 accounts.
