About the Role
As an Associate in Equity Research, you will build and maintain Excel-based models, perform detailed valuation work, analyze complex data sets, write research notes, and communicate with clients and management teams. You will also fulfill client requests and generate ideas for differentiated research products in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- FINRA licenses Series 86 and Series 87
- Two to three years of experience in equity research and/or investment banking
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business communication skills
- Advanced level of proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate within a team environment
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for the markets and interest in Metals & Mining sector
Preferred:
- CFA charterholder or progress towards CFA
- Some coding capabilities – e.g., VBA, Python
- Background in Geology or Mining Engineering
