Summary
Hiscox is seeking a US Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA or West Hartford, CT. The role involves managing auditors and leading internal audits across the Hiscox Group in line with the Audit Plan.
About the Role
As the Internal Audit Manager, you will oversee the delivery of audit work, manage complex audits, and support the preparation of the Internal Audit’s Annual Planning process. You will also represent Internal Audit at Committees and other formal meetings, ensuring the successful completion of audits from planning to reporting.
About You
Required:
- Degree qualified with a professional accountancy, audit or internal audit qualification.
- 4 or more years PQE in internal or external audit, preferably in insurance or Big 4.
Preferred:
- Strong planning and organizational skills for end-to-end audits with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good commercial awareness and strong relationship-building skills.
