As a Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing testing and quality assurance for large-scale software initiatives, innovating testing processes, maintaining operational excellence, and guiding teams through complex testing methodologies. You will also contribute to thought leadership on testing tools and practices while fostering diverse and inclusive teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of progressive roles managing IT quality assurance and control within software/systems development processes.
Preferred:
- Foundations Certification
- Experience with leading test methodologies and business application integration
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Experience in managing overall testing strategy and plans
- Contributing to thought leadership in testing tools and practices
- Experience in designing and executing test plans
- Developing business and application domain knowledge
