Summary
Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer (Contract) to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves sustaining and advancing a systems engineering capability transformation during a planned leave of a systems engineering capability lead.
About the Role
As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for coaching teams on writing high-quality needs and requirements, improving decomposition, integration, and traceability, and clarifying system boundaries and interfaces. You will support a Jama Connect pilot team, establish best practices for requirement structure, and deliver focused workshops and coaching to influence across engineering, product, and program leadership.
About You
Required:
- Experience in consumer electronics or fast-paced hardware–software integrated products.
- Experience working with Jama Connect.
- SE Master’s Degree, Certificate or INCOSE CSEP/ESEP certification.
- Experience introducing DSM analysis, value modeling, or architecture frameworks.
