About the Role
As an SAP Transportation Management Trainer and Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for educating clients on SAP TM functionality, developing training materials, providing ongoing client support, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful solution planning. Your daily tasks will include analyzing transportation data, assisting clients with system configurations, and ensuring that SAP solutions meet client requirements.
About You
Required:
- United States Citizenship required.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve system performance.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective training and client interactions.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide ongoing support and assistance to clients.
- Expertise in Training and developing training materials for end-users.
- Management Development skills to strategize and implement business improvements.
- Relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management systems.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with SAP TM implementation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party logistics integrations.
- Experience developing training guides, SOPs, and digital knowledge bases.
- Familiarity with business transformation and management development practices.
