About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience and comfort with phone-based support, with a history of financial or investment product support.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner.
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.
