As a Utility Arborist Intern, you will be responsible for identifying safety hazards, inspecting vegetation work, documenting data, and maintaining positive public relations. You will also participate in emergency response duties and engage in ongoing training for industry certifications.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of tree species identification and hazard tree assessment.
- Ability to hike/walk Right-of-Ways and drive for extended periods.
- Experience with GIS software and Microsoft Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- ISA or equivalent certification.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
