Summary
Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves designing and implementing user-centered experiences and interfaces for responsive websites, applications, and other digital products.
About the Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you will conduct user research, support and implement UX strategies, create wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, collaborate with teams, and ensure accessibility best practices are followed. You will also maintain design systems and stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Web, User Experience or Communication Design, Information Studies or related field.
- 4 years of experience in user experience/user interface design or related design work.
Preferred:
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or InVision and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Craft, Drupal, or WordPress content management systems.
