About the Role
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end user flows, leading usability testing sessions, and translating complex DeFi opportunities into clear interactions. You will work independently to propose and validate design solutions while creating AI-driven user experiences that optimize user interactions with Agoric's orchestration technology.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with 2+ years in crypto/Web3.
- Strong understanding of crypto wallet flows, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
- Experience independently planning and running usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration skills across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Available to work US-based hours (ET or PT) in a remote-first team environment.
Preferred:
- DeFi-specific experience.
