About the Role
About You
- Minimum 6+ years in design, UX, or product roles.
- Minimum 1+ years in people management and leadership roles.
- Proven record of managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional design programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling design programs for high-velocity teams.
- Deep experience with lean product or agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading design system initiatives.
- Skilled at running collaborative workshops and facilitating complex discussions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
