About the Role

As a UX Product Design Operations Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team culture, mentoring team members, and optimizing design processes for efficiency and quality. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage multiple design programs, and drive the adoption of lean product practices across the organization. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, facilitate workshops, and oversee the rollout of the design system.

About You

Required:

Minimum 6+ years in design, UX, or product roles.
Minimum 1+ years in people management and leadership roles.
Proven record of managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional design programs.
Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling design programs for high-velocity teams.
Deep experience with lean product or agile methodologies.

Preferred:

Hands-on experience supporting or leading design system initiatives.
Skilled at running collaborative workshops and facilitating complex discussions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
