About the Role
As a Vaccine Account Manager, you will be responsible for building partnerships with large healthcare organizations, identifying customer objectives, and developing business plans to achieve sales targets. You will engage with key decision-makers, navigate organizational structures, and collaborate with internal teams to support vaccination efforts and ensure optimal patient access to vaccines.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous vaccines sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Payer, or Business Development
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in business, public health, or hospital administration
- Deep knowledge of healthcare contracting
- Expertise in the vaccines marketplace and competitive portfolios
- Experience with C/D level stakeholders in large healthcare networks
- Experience in a highly matrixed organization
