About the Role
As a Validation Manager, you will be responsible for product acceptability throughout the product life cycle, defining mission profiles, planning integrated validation activities, managing validation budgets, and overseeing test fleet management. You will also ensure that validation processes align with business strategies and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Engineering or Validation.
Preferred:
- Prior experience leading a small team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally across teams.
