About the Role
As a Valuation & Investment Banking Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage in various corporate finance activities such as business valuation for ESOPs and M&A transactions, executing mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic advisory services. You will be involved in deal structuring, market research, and financial due diligence, contributing to the firm's focus on the Architectural, Engineering, Environmental Consulting, and Construction industries.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business valuation, investment banking, corporate banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial statement modeling.
Preferred:
- MBA and/or certification/progress toward CFA, CPA, ASA, or other relevant credentials.
- Quick on your feet, self-motivated, good team player, and strong attention to detail.
