About the Role
As the Value + Impact Lead, you will orchestrate the enterprise-wide implementation of recommendations regarding the value narrative and critical evidence deliverables. You will lead pilot workstreams, support alignment on key business decisions, and ensure accurate data representation to drive better business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include reporting on initiative progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and consolidating learnings into an implementation roadmap.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree required.
- 10+ years of drug development/commercialization experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MBA) preferred.
- Experience as a strategy consultant.
