About the Role
As a Value Stream Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing value stream activities, setting goals with employees, conducting shift meetings, troubleshooting downtime issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain operational data metrics.
About You
Required:
- Three (3+) years’ experience in manufacturing operations and business management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Five (5+) years’ experience utilizing CI, lean systems, tools, programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong safety and quality background.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite abilities to complete reports and logs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
