As a Vault Teller, you will be responsible for processing basic teller transactions, balancing daily work, maintaining vault cash supply, overseeing vault security, resolving customer issues, and supporting team sales processes. You will also ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations while managing risk in every transaction.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required and a minimum of 2 years related job experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Demonstrate willingness and desire to interact in a team environment.
- Ability to compute basic to moderately complex math calculations.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel).
