About the Role
As a Vehicle Electrician, you will inspect, test, repair, and maintain all electrical systems on military and commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities will include using wiring diagrams, conducting technical inspections, troubleshooting electrical systems, and performing preventative maintenance. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Three years’ experience as a vehicle electrician.
- Evidence of formal training, preferably an apprenticeship in electrical engineering.
- Ability to understand safety instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust U.S. Government Clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience operating material handling equipment.
