About You
- 8+ years of successful sales experience within the Higher Education vertical market.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Knowledge and experience within the Higher Education market, including customer needs and decision-making processes.
- Ability to conduct technical presentations and lead discovery workshops with Higher Education customers.
- Comfort with digital tools, sales automation technology, and AI-enabled sales processes.
- Willing and able to travel domestically between 25%-50%.
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge and experience within the commercial building automation, fire alarm, security systems, electrical or mechanical industries.
- Experience selling large, complex systems solutions and service agreements.
- Knowledge of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings portfolio of solutions and services.
