About You
- 10+ years of experience working with commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including VRF systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, split systems, package units, hydronic systems, hot gas reheat, and desiccant wheels for dehumidification.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide and develop junior technicians.
- Extensive knowledge of start-up, commissioning, and service for complex HVAC systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across a wide range of equipment.
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
- Relevant HVAC certifications (EPA, OSHA, etc.) are highly desirable.
