About You
Required:
- Strong leadership background with experience guiding diverse teams.
- Previous experience in hospitality, medical, or customer-facing environments.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree (or higher).
- Excellent communicator and conflict-resolution expert.
- Calm under pressure, organized, and solution-focused.
