- 1+ years of veterinary receptionist or similar customer-service experience.
- Strong communication skills—both in-person and phone.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with empathy and calm.
- Detail-oriented mindset, comfortable with basic software/scheduling tools.
- A love of animals and a passion for compassionate client care.
- Familiarity with veterinary software (e.g., AVImark).
- Certification in veterinary reception or client services.
