About the Role
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, and ensuring a positive experience. You will maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions. Your role will also involve educating clients on pet wellness and embodying compassion and empathy in all interactions.

Required:
