About the Role
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, and ensuring a positive experience. You will maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions. Your role will also involve educating clients on pet wellness and demonstrating compassion and empathy in all interactions.
About You
Required:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
Preferred:
- Experience with veterinary software.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
