About the Role

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will greet clients, respond to inquiries, process incoming and outgoing pets, handle payments, and manage phone calls. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the waiting area, documenting client information, and using business operations software to manage service data.
