About the Role
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing a multi-line phone system and greeting clients with a positive attitude. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate medical records, managing appointment schedules, handling financial transactions, and educating clients on preventative care. You will embody compassion and empathy, ensuring that every pet receives the best care possible.

Required:
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
Preferred:
- Experience with veterinary software.
- A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
