- 10+ years of experience as Visual Effects Executive or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience as VFX Producer on big-budget films.
- Direct experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with global SVOD delivery workflows.
- Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production.
- Experience with local guilds and unions.
- Experience with global VFX vendor partners.
- Understanding of domestic and global VFX tax incentives.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
