About the Role
As the Vice President of Volcker Rule Compliance, you will work with stakeholders to enhance TD's compliance program, provide interpretive guidance on Volcker Rule requirements, and develop monitoring protocols. You will also draft compliance policies, deliver training, assist with supervisory controls, and manage regulatory inquiries and audits.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree or similar required.
- 5-7 years of experience in Volcker Rule Compliance at a complex financial services institution.
- Strong understanding of the Volcker Rule and its application across various businesses.
Preferred:
- JD degree.
- Experience with a registered US broker dealer or Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB).
- Advanced project management skills.
