About the Role
As a Vice President - Insider Threat Detection Analyst II, you will manage the inventory of Insider Threat detections, build a pipeline of new detections based on best practices and current risk trends, and perform assessments of new detections for feasibility. You will also leverage AI to enhance detection design and ensure accurate status reflection in management tools.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of Insider Threat Detection, network security, and traffic analysis.
- Demonstrable experience with Insider Threat Detection Technologies and tools such as SIEM (SPLUNK), UBA/UEBA, UAM, DLP, and workflow/issue management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate leadership capability and ability to drive deliverables to completion.
Preferred:
- Experience working with AI to enhance efficiency.
- Functional understanding of risk management principles.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
