About the Role

As a Vice President, 1940 Act Compliance, you will assist in developing the compliance program for 40 Act and 33 Act funds, support digital assets initiatives, collaborate on new fund launches, and implement compliance frameworks relevant to regulatory risks. You will work closely with product development, business operations, and portfolio management teams.

About You

Required:

6-10 years of relevant experience from a legal and compliance department of a leading investment management/financial services organization.
Bachelor's degree required; law degree or M.B.A. welcome.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive matters.

Preferred:

Experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Working knowledge of digital assets, including tokenization.
Experience implementing controls for policies and procedures applicable to investment professionals.
