About the Role

As the Vice President of Communications, you will develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives. You will partner with the CMO to align brand and marketing narratives, serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, and lead corporate messaging and media strategy. This role also includes managing financial communications, translating technical innovations into clear narratives, and building a high-performing communications team.

About You

Required:

15+ years of progressive communications experience with significant leadership responsibility.
Proven experience leading communications at a high-growth technology company.
Deep expertise in financial communications, including IPO preparation and/or public company experience.
Strong relationships across top-tier business, financial, and technology media.
Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in AI, semiconductor, enterprise technology, or infrastructure sectors.
Global communications experience.
Public company communications leadership.
