Machinify is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Communications to join their team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on driving impactful corporate communications with an emphasis on culture, organizational change, and alignment.
About the Role
As the Vice President of Corporate Communications, you will define and lead the internal and external communications strategy to support organizational goals and employee engagement. You will advise executive leadership on messaging and storytelling, draft press releases and executive materials, oversee key initiatives, and create high-impact content across various channels. Your role will also involve tracking the effectiveness of communications initiatives and driving the adoption of innovative communication tools.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, employee engagement, or related functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact communication and change strategies across large, complex organizations.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and message development skills.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter, or Lewin.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred:
- Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Slack).
- Ability to craft clear, simple, and powerful messages that inspire diverse audiences.
- Background in healthcare, tech-first, product-led, or mission-driven organizations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize across multiple initiatives, and think creatively and strategically.
- A curious, people-first mindset with a passion for connection and clarity.
