About the Role
As the Vice President of Environmental Engineering, you will lead the Earth & Environment Team, ensuring project deliverables are met while fostering compliance with environmental laws. You will manage multi-disciplinary project teams, oversee budgets, and develop client relationships to enhance business opportunities in environmental science.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or closely related discipline.
- 12+ years of Environmental Science experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Tactical lateral thinking and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and compliance with health and safety policies.
- Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility in work schedules.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field.
- Essential professional licensure/certification.
- Experience in managing the review of documents and preparation of discipline-specific deliverables in a multi-project environment.
