About the Role

As a Vice President, ETF Servicing, you will be a senior member of the Service Delivery Team responsible for managing the core workflow in the ETF lifecycle. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Trading, and Capital Markets to shape and distribute ETF baskets, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. Your role will also involve participating in new product design and implementation, focusing on process improvement and risk mitigation.

About You

Required:

6+ years of industry experience with an ETF Asset Manager or at a Custody and Fund Accounting organization.
Deep understanding of ETFs and the broader market ecosystem.
Knowledge of Fund Accounting principles and the calculation of Mutual Fund Net Asset Values.
A track record of identifying and delivering process improvement.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Process-driven approach to problem solving and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Risk management mentality to identify downstream implications.
