Verra Mobility is seeking a Vice President, Field Services to lead their North American Field Services organization. The role involves overseeing regional field operations, Command Center department, and Fleet Management to drive operational excellence and innovation.

About the Role

As Vice President, Field Services, you will be responsible for orchestrating the success of the Field Services organization, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the U.S. and Canada. You will oversee Command Center operations, manage multiple operational P&Ls, and develop strategic plans to support growth. Your leadership will focus on data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experience.

About You

Required:

BS/BA degree required
7+ years of experience leading Field Services operations
7+ years of experience leading Remote Technical Support (Command Center) operations
2+ years of experience leading Fleet Management operations
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America or globally
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives at the executive level
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional statistical/analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of building and maintaining good internal and external working relationships
Demonstrated business process engineering/re-engineering experience using Six Sigma, Lean, or other formal process improvement methodology
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

MBA or Master's in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Lean Six Sigma Training and Certification (Green belt or Black belt)
PMP (Project Management Professional)
ITIL4 Certification
Experience in the photo enforcement industry
