About the Role

As the Vice President Finance/Controller, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing capital account statements, ensuring timely investor reporting, leading audits and tax processes, coordinating regulatory filings, and preparing valuation schedules. You will also develop internal controls, manage cash flow, and lead a finance team while collaborating with various departments to support fundraising and compliance efforts.
