About the Role
As the Vice President, Finance and Administration, you will lead and develop an internal team to support finance, accounting, investments, impact investing, business planning, budgeting, human resources, administration, IT, and physical infrastructure. You will serve as a member of the executive leadership team, collaborate with the CEO and Board on strategic planning, oversee financial management, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in finance and administration leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and investment strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience in nonprofit or philanthropic organizations.
- Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

- Salary: $220k–$270k DOE/Neg.
