About the Role
As VP, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership for the healthcare consulting practice, manage a book of business, engage in business development, ensure quality assurance of engagements, build and mentor high-performing teams, develop long-term practice vision, and represent Cognizant in industry forums and thought leadership.
About You
Required:
- 20+ years of experience in healthcare domain or cross-sector business management including practice creation and go-to-market execution.
- Extensive management consulting leadership experience as a practice leader or business/solution developer.
- Proven track record of achieving engagement targets, managing budgets and forecasts, and leading professional consulting teams to financial success.
- Strong network and presence in professional organizations and industry forums.
- International experience supporting or leading global initiatives.
- Demonstrated personal leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of exceptional outcomes aligned with Cognizant's core values.
