About the Role
As a Managing Director in Stock Plan Services, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with Equity Compensation clients, guiding service teams towards high client satisfaction, and driving operational effectiveness and plan profitability. You will oversee a book of institutional clients, focusing on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic positioning of Fidelity's products and services.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience, preferably within the Equity Compensation/Retirement/401K industry.
- Ability to acquire Series 7 & 63/65 within the first three months of employment.
- Strong communication, project management, consulting, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Certified Equity Professional designation.
- Experience in a matrix management environment.
