About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business Management or related studies.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in real estate and consumer lending.
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage, home equity, and consumer lending products, underwriting methodology, and compliance.
- Proven track record of building strong teams and achieving assigned goals.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience originating home loans for sale into the capital markets.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and mortgage lending systems.
- Ability to travel occasionally as required.
