About the Role

As the Vice President of Contracting and Network Strategy, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing Health Plan relationships, ensuring network adequacy, and aligning contracting strategies with the organization's goals. You will develop and execute provider network strategies, manage provider relationships, and oversee the contracting process while staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

About You

Required:

Master's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in the healthcare or managed care industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Understanding of value-based payment models.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience leading and managing a team of contracting professionals.

Preferred:

Strong knowledge of Provider Relations policies and procedures.
Ability to function effectively within an ever-changing environment to meet deadlines and reprioritize as necessary.
Professional level of knowledge in health care administration, finance, and clinical operations.
