About the Role

As the Vice President of Development, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for securing major gifts, grants, and other funding to support the organization's mission. You will cultivate relationships with foundations and high-net-worth individuals, design and implement fundraising plans, and represent the organization at various events. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is skilled in relationship-building and strategic execution.

About You

Required:

5+ years of progressive experience in fundraising and development, with proven success in securing major gifts and grants.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compellingly articulate mission and impact.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred:

Established credibility and relationships with philanthropic foundations.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
