About the Role
About You
- Master's Degree.
- Minimum 8 years of financial institution experience leading IT, digital banking, or innovation departments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with financial core systems such as Fiserv, Symitar, or Correlation.
- Certifications in Business Analytics (CBAP or PMI-PBA) and Agile (CSM or above).
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends and member behavior.
- Strong understanding of credit union operations, payments, digital banking, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with analytic and presentation software, including Tableau, PowerBI, Python, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Vendor management and negotiation expertise.
