About You
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in fundraising, resource development, or corporate/individual giving.
- Direct leadership and management experience of a team of 3+ employees.
- Proven track record leading fundraising efforts for national or large-scale nonprofits ($100M+ budgets).
- Experience cultivating transformational partnerships with corporations, foundations, and philanthropic leaders.
- Strong background in designing multi-year growth strategies and diversifying revenue streams.
- Skilled in navigating complex funding ecosystems, including public-private partnerships and federal/non-federal investments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
