About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree required.
10+ years in learning, talent, or organizational development (professional/knowledge-based industries preferred).
5+ years in leadership or people management.
Proven record of building scalable, high-impact programs.
Strong skills in communication, change leadership, and project management.
Familiarity with modern learning technologies, platforms, and best practices.
