- 10+ years of product development experience in skincare; BA degree required.
- Expertise in skincare and/or color and formula texture evaluation across all categories.
- Extensive experience and strong existing relationships with global contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
- 5+ years of managerial experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning skills.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving business results.
- Experience working with founder-led organizations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing, collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
