Summary
Homecare Homebase is seeking a Vice President of Product Management (Data and Interoperability) to lead their growing portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions supporting home-based care in Dallas, TX.
About the Role
As the Vice President of Product Management, you will own the full product lifecycle across multiple solution areas, partner with various teams to align product direction with strategic priorities, and drive data-informed decisions to elevate product performance. You will lead a high-performing product team, instill a culture of experimentation and agility, and represent the Product organization in executive conversations.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, including 3+ years in a senior or executive leadership role.
- Deep experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
- Strong technical literacy; able to engage meaningfully with engineers and guide architecture/product trade-offs.
Preferred:
- Strategic fluency in payer/provider economics, especially value-based care, MA, or risk-bearing models.
- Experience in build vs. buy decision-making and integration of partner technologies.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle tools and Agile/Lean methodologies.
