About the Role
As a Vice President or Director, FX/STIR Trading, you will manage risk across all STIR, FX, and basis positions during NA trading hours, deliver competitive pricing to enhance profitability, and strengthen BMO's market share. You will collaborate with colleagues, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of BMO's Global franchise while adhering to established risk parameters.
About You
Required:
- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- Thorough knowledge of capital markets, pricing, and trading/hedging strategies.
Preferred:
- Degree in Accounting/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics, CFA preferred.
- Strong quantitative analysis, technology, and financial analysis skills.
