About the Role
As the Vice President, People, you will build and guide the People function, acting as a strategic advisor to senior management. You will lead performance management, develop career frameworks, and foster a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will manage compliance and ensure the People function is scalable and effective.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least five years of leadership experience and people management.
- Experience in creating or significantly scaling People functions at fast-growth startups.
- Strong business judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Preferred:
- Experience with modern People tools such as Pave, TriNet, or related platforms.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
